Senior Vice President of Sales

An industry veteran since 2003, Caveh joined NRL Mortgage in 2013 as the Area Branch Manager for the Mount Adams Group, leading 11 unique branches. Year-over-year Caveh and the NRL Mount Adams Group have been named the Top-Performing Branch at NRL. In the last two years, the Mount Adams Group closed over 1 Billion in volume and assisted more than 5000 buyers through the mortgage process.

In addition to being honored internally for the customer experience, the Group has been awarded the distinguished Top Workplaces Achievement by the Cincinnati Enquire for six consecutive years. With his tenacity for hard work and passion for helping others, it is unsurprising Caveh and the Mount Adams Group continue to shatter production records and expand throughout the country.

Stephanie Marsh

Area Operations Manager

Stephanie Marsh has served in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years. As the Area Operations Manager, Stephanie serves an instrumental role in facilitating a quick and efficient journey through processing and underwriting to ensure Loan Originators get to closing on time. Stephanie and her team assist each client step-by-step, from start to finish. Her goal is to make what could be a stressful process, one that is easy and smooth. She prides herself in providing exceptional service and truly enjoys helping buyers navigate the homebuying process.

JESSICA THAMES

Director of Marketing

Jessica Thames joined the NRL Mt. Adams Group after a 12-year career in Higher Education Marketing & Communications. Since joining NRL in 2021, Jessica has worked to increase brand awareness, develop marketing strategies specific to individual branch and Loan Originator audiences, enhance the realtor relationship, and create a streamlined process for internal and external communication.

ALYSSA WHITE

Area HR and Talent Acquisition Manager

Alyssa White joined the NRL Mount Adams Group in 2020 bringing with her several years of experience in recruiting. Since joining NRL, Alyssa has assisted Loan Originators and Branch Managers transition to the Mount Adams Group, ensuring they are provided with the necessary tools to grow their business. In addition, Alyssa focuses on the employee experience through the management of internal Human Resources and Onboarding.

NICK KENNARD

Area Sales Support Specialist

Nick has been with NRL Mortgage since 2013. During his time, he has originated loans while also assisting with the training and growth of loan originators and branches. He enjoys helping fellow originators grow and achieve their career goals and helping home buyers achieve the goal of purchasing a home and making the process as easy as possible.

The NRL Mortgage Mt. Adams Group has a unique process flow that sets us apart from the industry standard. Unlike other mortgage lenders, we provide our Loan Originators with a Loan Operation Specialist (LOS) team who take full ownership of all communication with borrowers once a file has been submitted. This process ensures transparent communication throughout the loan process for both the Loan Originator, Realtor, and borrower.

While the journey to homeownership includes many steps, it should not be complicated.
